While some tattoos may require consultations, our artists may determine that a consultation is not necessary for certain designs.

If for any reason you would like a consultation regardless, please let us know in your booking request form. We value open communication, and at Cold Moon, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!

Note that submitting the form does not immediately schedule your appointment.

After you fill out the form, we will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment and take your deposit.

When we contact you to book your appointment we will take your credit or debit card information down and take $100 non-refundable deposit. This $100 will go towards the final total of your tattoo. If your tattoo is spread over multiple sessions, your deposit will be taken off of your final session.

You can also bring cash into the shop for your deposit but please note that untill we recieve your deposit, your tattoo appointment is not scheduled.

Please let us know as soon as possible. If you are going to be later than 15 minutes you may be asked reschedule and charged a late fee.

Please let us know that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

We get that emergencies happen and will often work with you when the do, but please be mindful of your artists time.

If you fail to contact us to reschedule/cancel before that 48 hour mark you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to put down a new one to rebook.
