Casa de Paz (House of Peace) offers peace in the midst of chaos.

They welcome guests who are released from the immigration detention center in Aurora, CO.

They provide guests with a safe, temporary space to go to so they can connect with their loved ones and make travel arrangements on to their final destination.

Casa de Paz believes in the inherent worth, dignity, and respect of all human beings.

This is a beautiful community with thousands of people who are committed to building a bigger table!

The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition

The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) is a statewide, membership-based coalition of immigrant, faith, labor, youth, community, business and ally organizations founded in 2002 to improve the lives of immigrants and refugees by making Colorado a more welcoming AND immigrant-friendly state.

CIRC achieves this mission through non-partisan civic engagement, public education, and advocating for workable, fair and humane immigration policies.

Bread & Roses

Bread and Roses is a social justice legal center that aims to disrupt the harms the legal system inflicts on our communities. 

They support social movements by working with activists, organizations, and affinity groups to understand their legal rights - this includes criminal defense, consulting, trainings, anti-SLAPP support, and emergency response. 

They use grassroots organizing to meet folks most impacted - typically at the intersection of trans justice and the carceral legal system, to build high impact and uncompromising campaigns for trans futures.
